Adequate Sanitization is Key
In a recent article from one of our favorite magazines called AQUA the author talks about how maintaining adequate sanitation is a key element to proper pool and spa maintenance keeping bathers safe from disease and allowing for clean, clear water. Again, we agree.
However, the article continues to state that shocking the pool on a weekly basis, adding preventative algaecides, good physical maintenance and selecting specialty products round out the key components of a water program that maximizes the impact of the sanitizer and helps provide the expected experience.

First and foremost, many of the typical chemicals used in pools and spas are harsh and cause skin and hair to dry out, eyes to burn, and the water will give off strong odors.
As a matter of fact, when Waters Choice Pure Enzymes are added, most chemicals are eliminated and others are cut back most water care problems go away. Then, many positive things happen! For example, filters become easier to clean, tile lines and filters do not need to be cleaned as often; allowing you to save water and your water becomes softer. Water Care Efficiency
Unfortunately, chlorine has become more and more difficult to obtain. So, water care efficiency has made its way to the forefront of pool and spa owners’ minds. Pool Water Balance is the Key
Keeping water balanced is one of the first things you can do to being more efficient. Test water frequently and balance immediately. Low pH (7.2) will cause your sanitizer to be used quickly. High pH (above 7.8) is just the opposite. With that said, remember, our enzymes will raise the pH level of your water slightly and that’s ok. What’s important is that you’re effectively killing bacteria or algae.
Algaecides are not necessary when using Waters Choice Pure Enzymes for Pools. Our enzymes enhance the efficiency of any water care program. Afterall, enzymes break down non-living waste.
