Our priority at Waters Choice is and always will be delivering great products to you with shipping that is affordable and dependable.  Once an order is placed on our website, you can expect to receive it in 2-3 business days. 

In addition to this, you can track your order by using the tracking number provided in an email that is sent to you when your order ships. Simply enter your tracking number provided to you from us at USPS.com . 

Inventory

We pride ourselves in keeping inventory IN STOCK so you’re not left without the products you need.  If for some reason we don’t have a particular item, we’ll ship the available items you’ve ordered right away and will send the re-stocked item right away, FREE of charge.

If, by chance you don’t like ordering over the internet, give us a CALL!  We are more than happy to take your order over the phone.  Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM Mountain Standard Time.  If these times aren’t convenient for you, please leave us a message with a good time to call YOU and we’ll do our best to do so.

Damaged Shipments

PLEASE inspect your items upon receipt.  After doing so, if anything has been damaged please report this to us with 3 days of receiving your order.  Also, please send us a photo that includes the items, packaging and your sales receipt. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.  Remember,   when you purchase from Waters Choice, you become like family to us.  Never hesitate to call or e-mail us with questions, concerns, suggestions and yes, even complaints.  We appreciate feedback.

Notes

Additionally, we ship 2 day Priority mail to destinations within the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses for the flat rate.  It’s this rate that is increasing from $6.95 to $7.50 very soon. All other destinations will cost more and will take longer. 

We deliver through the U.S. Postal service.  Notably, our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding National holidays.  In fact, all of our prices are in United States funds.
