Waters Choice Products are NSF Certified!

NSF Certification Process

facebookpostsizeMillions of people take the safety of their food, water and consumer products for granted on a daily basis. Why?

Because of three letters: NSF. (National Sanitation Foundation)

NSF certification is your key to making sure that the products you use meet strict standards for public health protection.

Choosing products certified by NSF lets you know that the product complies with the strict standards and procedures imposed by them.

From extensive product testing and material analyses to unannounced plant inspections, every aspect of a product's development is thoroughly evaluated before it can earn the NSF certification.

In fact, Waters Choice enzyme products have passed the NSF Certification process!  Becoming NSF certified means that we comply with the stringent public health standards and NSF certification policies.

Every Waters Choice product meets NSF/ANSI Standard 50 (products for pools, spas, hot tubs and other recreational water facilities) which means our products are certified safe for use in recreational water.

Most importantly, our products have been through extensive testing analysis.  Every aspect of our products compliance is thoroughly evaluated before it can earn the NSF certification.

NSF Certification Not a One-Time Event

Another key point is that our NSF certification isn’t a one-time event. It involves regular on-site inspections of our manufacturing facilities and regular re-testing of products on a routine basis to ensure that we meet the same high standards required to maintain certification over time.

Our loyal and diverse clientele can tell you firsthand that we have pool, spa and hot tub enzymes that present the best of both worlds when it comes to water maintenance.

If for any reason a product fails to meet one or more certification criteria, NSF will take enforcement actions to protect our customers, including product recall, public notification or de-certification.

Look for the NSF Label

The NSF certification mark means products have been tested by one of today's most respected product testing organizations.Products that earn NSF certification are said to be “NSF certified” and display the applicable NSF certification mark to show that they have been tested by one of today’s most respected independent product testing organizations.

Needless to say, Waters Choice is excited to receive this certification and feel its one more reason for everyone to be using our products.  Look for the NSF label and don’t hesitate to give us a call or send an email with any questions.

We are always happy to help.
